  26日,是第24个世界知识产权日,该发布会由西藏自治区市场监管局(知识产权局)、西藏自治区农牧科学院、拉萨海关联合召开。

  会上,西藏自治区市场监管局副局长聂大可介绍,截至2023年底,西藏有效发明专利拥有量达到1207件,每万人口高价值专利拥有量突破1.5件;有效商标注册量61205件,地理标志保护产品和作为地理标志使用的集体商标、证明商标达到187件。2023年,西藏各级各有关单位受理各类知识产权行政案件52件,较2022年增长22%,平均办理周期38.8天,较2022年减少49.7天。

  西藏自治区农牧科学院副院长巴桑旺堆介绍,在西藏自治区财政、科技、农业等部门大力支持下,西藏自治区农牧科学院取得了一系列的创新成果、创造了一批极富价值的农业科技知识产权成果。获得植物新品种保护权2项,登记遗传资源5个,获得包括发明专利104项在内的专利授权292项,审定全国名特优新农产品5个,研发各类农产品49个。

  据悉,西藏自治区农牧科学院选育出的青稞新品种“藏青3000”“藏青20”是适应海拔2700-4000米的西藏河谷农区生产种植的高产青稞品种,“藏青17”是适应高寒农区尤其是海拔4200-4500米生产应用的青稞品种。从西藏本地灵芝资源选育成功的“白肉灵芝”品种,在林芝市、日喀则市实现相对规模生产,有力推动了特色产业发展、种植户增收。(完)
